aside Stanislav Lisov Is Another Player In The Periphery Of The President’s World

FBI/ NSA at hearing

On 3/20/17, Americans were informed by the FBI and NSA directors at a US congressional hearing, that the republican President Donald Trump and some of those associated with his campaign and his administration are part of an ongoing criminal investigation since July 2016. The inquiry includes how the Russians interfered with the 2016 U.S. presidential elections but also any coordination that may have occurred between the president’s team and Russian officials towards this end.

The reason why the FBI and the entire US intelligence community are so certain about Russia’s role in meddling with the 2016 US election season is because their agents have been able to interview two key hackers who were party to Russia’s machinations who are Yevgeniy Nikulin (10/5/2016) and Stanislav Lisov 1/13/17).  Mr. Nikulin is suspected of infitrating Anthony Weiner’s laptop and Mr. Lisov appears to be connected to the DNC hacking incident.

Yevgeniy Nikulin

In the previous blog, I wrote about Yevgeniy Nikulin, a Russian hacker who was arrested while on holiday in Prague around October 2016. It is suspected that he hacked and pierced Anthony Weiner’s computer, confiscated by FBI agents and which supposedly contained the democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails while she was the U.S. secretary of state that could be relevant to a July 2016 FBI closed case, with regards to her use of a private server and the possible unsecured transmittal of sensitive data. In short, he has been interviewed by FBI agents.

On 1/20/17 Sonya Dowsett of Reuters posted the following report, “Spain arrests Russian bank-account hacker wanted by FBI.”

“Spain has arrested a 32-year-old Russian computer programmer at Barcelona airport who is alleged to have designed and used software to steal bank account details from banks and individuals, Spanish police said on Friday.”

“Working with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the man, named Lisov, was arrested by Spanish police on Jan. 13 as he waited to take a flight to another European country. He is suspected of leading a financial fraud network, the police said in a statement.”

One of the servers had files with millions of bank account access details such as user names, passwords and security questions, police said.”

“The Russian is being held in Catalonia before Spain’s High Court decides whether to extradite him to the United States. The United States has requested his extradition, a police spokesman said.”

Spanish authorities have detained a Russian programmer at the request of FBI, Russian media reported Thursday. The detention comes after U.S. intelligence agencies found that Russian hackers were involved in the November 2016 cyber-attacks that possibly influenced the presidential election in favor of Donald Trump.”

“The programmer has been identified as 31-year-old Stanislav Lisov, who was detained on Jan. 13 while he was vacationing with family in Spain. He reportedly works as a systems administration specialist and website developer for a local company in the southern Russian city of Taganrog.”

“We were detained at the airport in Barcelona, when we came to return a rented car before flying out to Lyon, to continue our trip and visit friends. When we were getting out of the car, two police officers approached showed us the badge and said they were detaining my husband,” Lisov’s wife Darva told RT.”

Related image“Darya expressed concern that her husband might be extradited to the U.S. without a court ruling from Spain, whose authorities are yet to speak on the detention.”

“Konstantin Dolgov, the Russian foreign ministry’s envoy for human rights, confirmed Lisov’s detention to Tass news agency. He said the programmer, who is held in a pretrial detention center in Barcelona, is accused by the U.S. of fraud “with the use of electronic means.”

“U.S. intelligence agencies recently found that Russian hackers were involved in cyberattacks in the U.S., in which information about the Democratic Party was leaked. The leak raised questions over the credibility of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton and possibly influenced the election in Trump’s favor. Following this, outgoing President Barack Obama expelled 35 Russian diplomats from the U.S. and imposed sanctions on Moscow.”

Excerpts:

Simple kidnapping

“The vice-president of the Russian subsidiary of the International Human Rights Committee, Alexander Ionov, has called Lisov’s detention a violation of the international law.”

“If Spain was preparing to detain our citizens on its territory, then the Russian side should have been notified in advance,” Ionov told RT.”

“Noting that Spain and the United States have “very close relations” when it comes to extraditing citizens of third countries, Ionov said that Madrid “simplified the rules of international law to the detriment of human rights.”

“Stanislav works as a systems administration specialist and website developer for a local firm in the Russian city of Taganrog.”

“This is not the first time a Russian computer specialist has been detained while abroad on behalf of the US. In October, the Czech Republic detained a Russian citizen suspected of hacking targets in the United States.”

“Russia’s Foreign Ministry criticized the arrest at the time, saying it showed that Washington was mounting a global manhunt against Russian citizens.”

“Lisov’s arrest comes at a time when the US government and intelligence agencies are accusing Russia of having initiated a cyber-attack campaign against Democratic Party organizations before the November 8 presidential election.”

  1. This is the beginning of the end. It may take a while for it to play out, but our President will be asked to leave at some point. His tweets have reached a manic level as he grasp for straws. The wiretap accusation and doubling and tripling down at boxed him in. But, the real story is in the Russia connections and who is he beholden, too. If anyone is paying attention, this man has zero credibility with world leaders and with ours, even though many will not admit it publicly, yet.

    • Dear Keith,

Our national security is at risk with DT, Steve Bannon, Stephan Miller, Sebastian Gorka , Michael D. Cohen and Julia Hahn in the WH. The sooner they are shown the exit door the better.

Incidentally, my opinion on the FBI Director Comey has changed even with what happened regarding the Oct. surprise letter. There is a scenario which would explain his actions in a different and more positive light.

      Ciao, Gronda

      • Unfortunately, the October action sealed HRC’s fate regardless of its merits. Now, we will see the unwinding of some largely helpful laws and groups such the ACA, EPA and CFPB,

        • Dear Keith,

We need to do our part as non DT voters and those with buyer’s remorse to contact our legislators to put some opposing pressure.

You and Crustyolemothman are right in your analysis of what Director Comey did to HRC. I will be blogging on some mitigating circumstances sometime next week.

          Ciao, Gronda

      • I have to agree with Keith on this issue, IMO Comey is up to his neck in the sewer water and doing his best to escape with his skin still attached! There is no scenario that I can envision that could explain or absolve his actions in regard to the Oct. surprise. If anything, his goal at this point is like I said to escape with as little damage to his own history as possible, however IMO his die is cast and he will suffer the same fate as the rest of the individuals in this administration.

        • Dear Crustyolemothman,

You and Keith are probably right on this one. Even under the scenario I believe occurred, he could have taken a chance to do the right thing by keeping mum.

          Ciao, Gronda

  2. Truth is, Lada Ray has shown that the Russians did indeed influence US elections, but done in a sophisticated manner that the morons at the FBI cannot grasp. They have no clue what to even look for and yet Comey keeps insisting that the Russians hack the election.
Technically, Russians did not physically “hack” the election, they didn’t have to. Yet they very effectively steered the election towards Trump using a very sophisticated psyop strategy that evade the knuckleheads, even if FBI/ CIA understood the tactics, there’s nothing they can really do about it.
This strategy employed makes Trump look good toward his supporters and everyone starts questioning the media regarding “fake news”. Putin is a master at this type of psychological operation, he uses it very effectively with his own population, which sees his approval rating consistently above 90% for close to 2 decades! Trump is emulating his mentor Putin, seizing absolute control and making a mockery of his adversaries in the deep state. Putin did the very same thing early in his career when he had to politically consolidate control from the Russian Oligarchs. Trump is doing the very same thing!!
Trying to connect “hackers” with the Russian gov’t may prove impossible, because the WikiLeaks info dump concerning the DNC and Hillary’s emails was an inside job, leaked from intelligence insiders who are sick of the deep state. FBI Director Comey is left putting on dog and pony show. 🙂

    • Dear 1EarthUnted,

I agree with you in part. President Putin is a brilliant strategist and he does use psyop tactics effectively as well as other tools. I suspect that hacking occurred as part of plan. But he messed up in attempting to work with DT. There was a story that I read somewhere about President Putin having a psychological profile done on DT. I would love to know the results.

As I keep saying, time will tell all.

      Ciao, Gronda

  3. This man is yet another pawn in the chess game that is being played by the Russians and the non political part of our government. While I have little hope that our elected officials will do the honorable thing, especially after watching Trey Gowdy side step the issue and attempt to force focus upon the leaks instead of the likely criminal acts of the administration, perhaps when push comes to shove they will, out of need for self preservation, act in an impartial and fair manner. I actually hate it when people compare President Nixon with King tRump, simply because despite his flaws that brought his tenure to an end, Nixon did at least do some things good for this nation, and I am at a loss of anything that tRump has done in his entire life that was solely for the benefit of this nation or it’s citizens.
Keep digging, as you dig the sewer is slowly draining and the facts are slowly coming to the surface!

    • There is a piece to this puzzle that I have been unable to locate! Was A.W.’s computer in possession of the FBI when it was hacked? I remember it being said that the Government had found the mysterious e-mails in a search well after the initial search of the computer. Could this somehow indicate that someone from within the government allowed the hacking to take place?

      • Dear Crustyolemothman,

This is my theory which is pure conjecture. There was Rudy Giuliani and his NY FBI agent friends who were Clinton haters (avid followers “Clinton Cash” book.) They were very upset with Director Comey’s July 2016 decision not to criminally charge HRC.

So with Russian hackers and connections, someone placed a virus in Anthony Weiner’s computer. Then these FBI agents monitor his computer to catch him sexting to a minor. (It may have been a set up.) Then they go and charge him and they confiscate the computer. The FBI agents sit on it until they finally approach the director with the news of newly discovered HRC emails.I am not sure if the insert of HRC’s emails were done pre or post FBI confiscation .

Remember this is complete conjecture as I am computer illiterate. I do not even know if it possible to do what I have described.

        Ciao, Gronda

    • Dear Crustyolemothman,

I agree with you regarding Richard Nixon. He was at least qualified for the job. He was genuinely intelligent and I did not die of embarrassment when he went abroad to represent our country.

It is my opinion that those on the Senate Intelligence Committee will do a good job.

Yesterday was important. It was crucial to signal the US republican representatives that their president and team are being criminally investigated.

Now, if they choose to continue to enable and cover for him, they will not be able claim ignorance in the future.

      Ciao, Gronda
